Renaissance is a one owner, one captain motor yacht that just went through a 500k refit.  She shows new and has had the benefit of a long time yacht owner that spares no expense to make sure Renaissance gets whatever she needs.  Very economical at 14 knots with a top speed of  20 knots. Sleeps ten in five cabins with space for up to eight crew. Continuously upgraded and shows new.
